Ingredients

Mushroom Stir Fry

  • Mushrooms
  • Oil or Ghee
  • Italian herbs
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Chaat Masala

Calories (Approximate)

  • Mushroom(200g)- 22 calories(Approximate)
  • Ghee(3g)- 28 calories(Approximate)
  • Spices- 28 calories(Approximate)

Total = 100 calories (Approximate)

Directions

Mushroom Stir Fry

  1. Cut the mushrooms and wash them with water nicely. Step1
  2. Take a kadai or any vessel which is non-stick and add 1tsp of ghee. Step2
  3. Add mushrooms into the kadai and make sure the flame is high because mushrooms leave water. Step3
  4. Cook the mushrooms for a minute. Step4
  5. Once you see the water coming out of mushrooms, it is time to add the spices: Add Italian herbs ( I use the brand only which is pretty easily available in India ) Add Black pepper Add Chaat Masala Add Chaat Masala Step5
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes and then enjoy eating. final
